The role

We're looking for a GTM Intern to work directly with our founder and own real parts of how Crework grows. This is a fully remote role. You'll be handed a problem, not a task. If an experiment isn't converting, you dig into why and try something different. If a channel underperforms, you figure out what would land better next time. We care about whether the number moved, not whether the task got checked off. College, degree, and years of experience are not a bar at all, just your passion to work on hard problems and bring results.

What you'll work on

• Rapid prototyping. Build working pilots for internal problem statement and prospects end to end. You’ll own the full product thinking, not just the build, and decide what features actually matter so you can ship a believable version fast using AI tools.
• Growth engine audit. Look at our existing newsletter, network, and communities, and figure out where we're leaving traction on the table. Diagnose what's underperforming and why, then fix it.
• ICP outreach and conversion. Identify and unlock our highest potential ICPs, then craft outreach that earns a real reply, not generic templates. Track what's converting, drop what isn't, and bring your own ideas for the next experiment.
• New channel discovery. Brainstorm and test new channels and communities where our ICPs actually spend time, places we haven't tapped yet, and bring back what's worth doubling down on.

• You're genuinely into AI, tech, and growth, you spend hours tinkering with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or no-code builders, and you obsess over a problem until you've actually solved it, not just attempted it.
• You'd rather be wrong fast in a small experiment than slow in a big one.
